Monday's ETF with Unusual Volume: FEM

The First Trust Emerging Markets AlphaDEX Fund ETF (FEM) is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Monday, with over 7.2 million shares traded versus three month average volume of about 297,000.  Shares of FEM were off about 0.2% on the day.
